Kamala Blossom: Lotus and rose

Kamala, means pink lotus flower in the ancient Indian language of Sanskrit. This poetic name sparked the creation of a special lotus seed and rose flavor, a sweet tribute to our first female VP, Kamala Harris for her inauguration.
In India, lotus and lily flowers blossom in village ponds, their seeds popped (like popcorn!) and enjoyed by the locals. We sizzle lotus seeds in ghee, grind them to silkiness, and mix them with organic cream, rose water, pandan flower water (also known as kewra), and a dash of beetroot powder for that dreamy pink hue. As a final touch, we toss in some chopped pistachios for a nutty bite.
