Yum-mazing Flavors
Each flavor is made in small-batches with less air, churned with wholesome, organic ingredients, sourced as locally as possible. We use organic eggs and organic dairy from Straus Family Creamery for our dairy flavors and organic coconut milk for our vegan flavors.

We get our hands on real fruits and spices, cook, grind, and crush them fresh every single time. Then, we let them mingle in our ice cream base overnight before the grand churning spectacle. It's a labor of love that brings out the most incredible flavors imaginable.
The secret to velvety ice cream? A perfect blend of fat, sugar, and air. Our ice cream base boasts a dreamy 14% fat and a mere 50% air. That means you're in for a rich, creamy treat with every lick and less of that pesky, airy nothingness!
We choose the cleanest, home made ingredients, despite the cost. For example, in our South Indian roots, coconut milk is made the traditional way - with fresh grated coconut and water. We've stuck to this winning formula but upgraded to Organic coconut milk, sans any fillers, for our vegan delights.
By blending favorite ingredients and Indian desserts, fresh to the American scene, we've mastered the art of two-tone flavors. Our creations like Guava with Red Chili offer a tantalizing experience where you savor different notes on the inhale and exhale, creating a magical dance on your taste buds!
