Koolfi Creamery has been voted among the top ice creams in the Bay Area since 2020 by SF Chronicle. We churn unique, Indian-inspired craft ice cream in San Leandro. We opened our first store in San Leandro Oct 2022 and our second store in Downtown SF in 2024 . Job Description
We are a small craft ice cream maker with a small, friendly team that looks out for each other. You must be able to work well with others, enjoy interacting with customers, follow directions, and keep the area tidy and clean.
Qualifications
- Able to work on your feet 7-8 hours a day (14-18 hours a week) with energy and enthusiasm
- Consistently show up on assigned days and on-time.
- Ability to learn to make all the menu items (training will be provided)
- Ability to wash dishes, machines and clean the shop
- Follows food service hygiene and sanitation skills
- Ability to stock in a freezer
- Comfortable working with a coworker
- Ability to lift 10-20 lbs
- Must be able to legally work in the US
- Basic English talking proficiency
- 18+ years old
- Prior food service experience a plus
