Our unique, Indian-inspired scoops mix, layer and create a love-marriage of heritage flavors with fresh flair. We use organic, real food, sourced as locally as possible, starting with the freshest cream from Straus Family Farm in Sonoma county.

Then we get to work – roasting pistachios, almonds and walnuts in ghee, crumbling our made-from-scratch Indian desserts and prepping sweet tropical fruits for our pints.
